The service
ZeeTrack supplies a PTA approved GPS tracking device, installs it in your vehicle, and provides the app, the web portal and 24/7 control-room monitoring described on this website for the package you choose. Features differ by package; the packages page states what each includes.
Packages, prices and renewal
- The package price covers the device, doorstep installation anywhere in Pakistan and the first year of service, as shown on the packages page on the day you order. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- From the second year an annual maintenance fee applies for each vehicle (PKR 7,000 to 10,000 depending on the package). If it is not paid the service for that vehicle may be suspended until it is.
- Prices may change for new orders; a change does not affect a package already paid for.
Installation and the device
- Our technician installs the device at the address and time agreed with you. The vehicle must be available and the person present must be entitled to authorise work on it.
- The device is fitted without cutting the factory wiring and the installation is reversible. We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical faults in the vehicle.
- The device stays our property until the package is paid in full. Tampering with, removing or moving the device without us may end the service and the warranty.
- A faulty device is repaired or replaced free of charge during the service period, unless the fault was caused by an accident, water damage, tampering or an electrical fault in the vehicle.
Using the app and the control room
- Each vehicle comes with two app user logins. You are responsible for who you give them to and for keeping passwords private.
- Engine lock must only be used when the vehicle is stationary and it is safe to do so. You are responsible for the consequences of locking an engine on a public road.
- The control room acts on instructions from the registered owner or the users you have named. In a theft case we assist you and the police; recovering a vehicle is the responsibility of the police.
What the service depends on
Tracking needs satellite reception and mobile network coverage. Where either is missing, for example in basements, tunnels or remote areas, the position is delayed until the signal returns. Alerts and calls depend on the mobile network and on your phone being switched on and reachable. We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that a stolen vehicle will be recovered.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details and tell us when your phone number, address or vehicle changes.
- Use the service only for vehicles you own or are authorised to track, and in accordance with Pakistani law.
- Pay the package price before installation and the annual fee when it falls due.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ZeeTrack's liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package or annual fee in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of the vehicle, its contents or indirect losses such as lost business, except where the law does not permit that exclusion. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Ending the service
- You can stop the service at any time by telling us; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded unless we have failed to provide the service.
- We may suspend or end the service if fees are unpaid, the device is tampered with, or the service is used unlawfully, after giving you notice where practical.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction. If any term is found invalid the rest still apply. Questions go to info@zeetrack.pk or 0341 0006200.
